Default Upper and lower RPM's?

I'm thinking about running a TNT 75 (maybe a 100 a few times) wet shot on my i/e car. I was going to set the window switch to 3200 and 5800? sound good?

Also, if im running 13.0 @ 109 now (98 a4) what should I run with a 75 shot? 100 shot?

thanks from a nitrous newb

thats what i have heard to run on mine since I have stock intake, and had no problems so far. I know our stock intake is not real great at low rpms for fuel flow!
