Question about spraying
I have a HSW dry kit in my garage awaiting installation in my car. Gonna be getting a dyno-tune on the 23rd. Should I install the kit now and get the car tuned for the 100 dry shot(Just did a H/C/I/TB swap) while I'm on the rollers as well or will I be ok with just throwing the kit on post-tune and letting the MAF/PCM work things out? TIA
i am going to go ahead now and say you are definitely going to need 42lb injectors, hopefully you did that upgrade when you did the motor work. Install the kit now so it will be ready for the dyno session. In a wet kit you can dial in the NA A/F ratio and just add the kit on later with the correct manufacturers jetting. For a dry shot you need to dial in the A/F ratio with some tuning if it needs it, depending on your nozzle placement and positioning it could be off.
Definitely spray it on the dyno. The nozzle placement on the dry kits is very crucial and you should make sure your A/F is okay on the dyno.
A wet kit on the other hand you can get away with no tune, but it is still recommended.

I currently have the stockers on there because I didn't want to do too much driving on it with the 55#ers. I'm actually still waiting to get her back. Hopefully I get it back today or tomorrow, it's been 2 weeks now
Going thru withdrawals. I'll be putting the kit on as soon as I get it back then. Thanks!
