How bad of an idea is it to spray on platinum plugs?

Default How bad of an idea is it to spray on platinum plugs?

Even if they're one step colder.....how bad of an idea is it? I wanna spray a car, but I wanna do everything I can to preserve what lil gas mileage it already gets.....was considering a compromise of one step colder platinum plugs.

Will,

Definately stay away from spraying the platinums! Take a look at the Iridiums...they're a little more spendy but they have a lot better spark control. Let me know if you need some info on them...I've spent a long time working with them in some pretty harsh environments.
