Default newbie at nitrous need HELP!

I need some help can sumone please help me out. This is the setup i have... stock 241 casting heads milled .037 and a good valve job, a 228/232 .612 .600 111 lsa cam, fast 92 intake with nw 92 tb, lts, a few boltons, and dyno tuned by pcm for less. It makes 403 rwhp. The guy at tick performance said it was runing something like 11.5 to 1 compresion. I plan on changing the plugs to ngk tr66s and i dont have cats so would it be ok to run a 125 wet shot with a 50/50 mix of 110oc and 93? i eventually plan on dyno tuning it for 150 wet but for right now would this be ok? im very new to the whole nitrous thing someone polease help!!!

Id recommend a fuel pump upgrade since you already have h/c done. 125 shot would be getting close to the limits of the stock pump and if you plan on doing a 150 shot i would just upgrade now to the racetronix kit. other then that your motor if properly maintained can take that size of a shot easily

Why are you mixing the fuel?? I spray a 225 shot and i only use gt 104? Regardless that its a mustang and it has a stock bottom end and heads it just has basic bolt ons and a mild cam! But i have yet to expirience any problems in 7 yrs! You should be safe!

yea i deff recommend you do a fuel pump upgrade!!

I seen sumwhere that its better to run a higher octane when runing nitrous to keep the car from detonating especialy on my 11.5 to 1 compresion is this not true?

Your compression is probably more like 11:1. I would go ahead and upgrade the pump as Mike@HSW said to be on the safe side. You don't want to spray it dry, unless you plan on going with bigger fuel injectors which would then require you to get a re-tune anyway.

I'd just wait until you have the pump and atleast a few pulls on a dyno with a wideband before you start spraying. Its always better to make sure everythings safe and working properly.
