On top of my mods below and GTP S2's
if I have the fuel set up and car tuned?
I dont drive the car that offten now and the only time I drive the car is if I have a race set up. Do you guys think I can maybe use the 175 shot a few times and be ok? I know this might sound crazy, its just that theres a few cars I want to run with 600+rwhp.

I think you'll need a Progressive Controller, but I think it'll last you a little while, but don't be surprised if you spin a bearing, blow a hole in a piston or something else bad.
I assume you are talking about a 175 wet shot, right? If so, tuned properly and given the right amount of fuel, I think it would last quite sometime!

I have the fuel, FMS 30lb injectors, Walbro 340 intank pump. Yes this is a wet kit also, we are talking about 600-625rwhp. I have heard of people having 600rwhp and not blow for a while hope my motor holds up cause I am gonna try it on the dyno first.
how do Progressive Controller's work?
I have never used one, but I am guessing it allows 50% of the shot to hit and then the full shot at a certain rpm. What would be the best way to Controller a 175 shot?
Thanks

I am hoping to go 150 shot later this year. On order 36# injectors and R-X drop in fuel pump.
I would prefer a progressive. 150 shot out of the hole doesn't trill me. But most run $450-550.
FYI, the progressive controller can be programed to either increase by rpm's or by time. Since I launch at 5800, and never see below 5100 on nitrous the rpm will not work. But if programed by time: say on a 200 shot: 60% out of the hole; and progressing up to 100% in say 6 second (about the time I hit 4th gear) should work. Right ?
The short answer is if programed right (running a little rich) and pull some timing, you should be OK (at least for a while
).

It will last for a long time with the proper fuel system and all the proper parts.
I spray a 175 shot to a stock motor with a stock fuel system and had no problems.
