Default Limits on pulling fuel from an LS2 rail?

I'm switching from an LS6 to an LS2 intake and im wondering how big of a shot everyone is pulling off the rail. I have an 03' silvy with a return style fuel system and a walbro 255 in tank and im wanting to run a 2 stage 300 shot but have concerns about the fuel reqirements and how much the rails will support.

I am thinking you are going to be on the edge of the limits of the pump at the very least.
