If you have an interface, I'm sure hook up won't be an issue. HSW has the best wiring diagrams & instructions with their kits.

I would recommend the unit from dynotune. Watertight mounts anywhere and you can get it now.

here's a list of features again so everyone can see. For anyone who is patient enough to wait a week you will get a **** load of features for the price. Im a big fan of getting what you pay for, in this case you'll be getting even more for your money

RPM Window Switch – Only operates the nitrous system within a set “window” of RPM. designed to work on any rpm signal, from individual coils/coil on plug to crank position sensors. RPM signal can also be obtained by using the fuel injector or tach output signal

TPS Activation Switch – Only operates the nitrous system at (WOT) wide open throttle.

Dual Stage Control – Allows for the use of multiple nitrous kits to be run off of one (1) window switch. IE; multiple stages which can be used with different RPM & TPS values.

A/F Shut Down Switch – Nitrous system(s) will shut down if a lean condition is detected by either a wideband O2 sensor or narrowband O2 sensor. The MicroEdge will also shut down the system if an overly rich A/F is detected (wideband sensor only).

Lean Out Delay - The MicroEdge controller can be programmed to not shut down the nitrous system for a determined amount of time if a lean condition is detected. Great feature for those small lean spikes upon kit activation. This feature can be adjusted up to 10 seconds in .05 second intervals.

Multi-Gear Lock-Out – Can be configured for both stages and can lock-out multiple gears to optimize traction.

Time Delays – Activation of kits can be delayed for up to 10 seconds in .05 second intervals.

Pedal Delay – Delay(s) used to re-gain traction if the system is activated and the gas pedal is let off due to wheel spin and then re-applied. This allows for momentum to be built prior to re-activating the nitrous system(s). Both stages have their own pedal delay which is adjustable up to 10 seconds in .05 second intervals.

Nitrous Solenoid Delay – Delays the nitrous solenoid from being activated for an amount of time after the kit is activated. This helps to cure any lean spike issues that are pre-existing in the system.

Display – Built in LCD display can show RPM, A/F Ratio (mV for narrowband), TPS voltage, Battery Voltage, and Arming Switch Voltage.

File System – Up to three (3) files can be saved within the MicroEdge unit for quick and easy flipping between runs.

We would not sell it if it was not easy to install and program But most importantly is the way it performs!

Thanks!

Just wait a week and get the new microedge. It's got all of the features of the Trick switch and then some for the same price.

So does HSW! It would be worth waiting a few days extra for the extra features that you will get. If you were to get a Trick window switch (or relabled N.O. switch) and you decided that you wanted a lean shut down switch then you're looking at another $100 and more wiring to worry about.

Why are you guys constantly bagging on HSW? They've got the best customer service on ls1tech along with Dynotune. Any time I placed an order with them I got the product when promised. Unlike ordering a bracket from N.O. and not getting it until a month later (when promised to have it within 3days and that it was "in-stock") and getting a run around everytime I called to check status.

Not sure where you would get anything in my post as bashing another company. I just simply stated some of our perks...

As far as your solenoid bracket.. Yes I remember your order and the issues we had getting you taken care of. Yes we ran into a issue with the annodizers and I appologized then just like I will now. Somtimes things happen in this industry that are out of my controll.

Thanks
Dave

MicroEdge is the choice I would go with. Just compare the features and you'll see if far surpasses any other. Furthermore, you would have to go to the $700/800 dollar range of the FJO or NOS Launcher to find comparable features. Before some cry baby starts claiming I don't know what i am talking about, imagine that I would have a beta version, go figure, lol. I had been looking very, very hard at FJO and the NOS, but cost had kept me away, and bingo, HSW does it again. No trying to rape the end user as they certainly could up the price a bunch and still sell a ton of these controllers, and more coming. it's great to be in the N2O thing these days for sure with so many new products coming out.

Did you ever notice that i only put their logo in my Sig this very morning? Why? Some cry bay went to the admin/owners because I had a picture of my engine with a link to my personal web site on the freaking valve cover. Which while we are at; You guys may not know that certain people have gone into the sponsor section and said I was back dooring and selling stuff, total lies again. I have never ever one time made one dime from my site and you still can buy nothing. OK, now you might say why would i get a beta version, pretty simple, HSW supports the dry technology and so do I, so we have a repore going, but no $$ ever changes hands in any way shape or form, and I am an end user that is very active so.... Now Shiz, i want to ask you, why have you never made this type of statement towards the many thousands that have daves logo in their Sig and support his products? I challenge anyone on the INTERNET to show or prove that I have done anything wrong, as those behind the scenes have implied and falsely stated, and thus the reason I come here seldom. Jealousy and feeling threatened somehow has put some on the run, I guess, but my integrity remains intact, lol.
Things I have been banned for recently (all in about a month):
1. Sig size
2. Link to another dedicated N2O site
3. Link To my personal Site
4. Picture in Sig
5. N2o Mod
6. Avatar pic
7. Probably get permantely banned for making this list

Anyway, back to the controllers. There is no conspiracy what so ever. I support the MicroEdge simply for the fact that not all of us can afford the NOS Launcher nor the FJO, which are both the grand daddies of controllers. If we compare real world features on all of the controllers talked about in this thread, we will see that the MicroEdge is in fact closer to the big daddies than any of the other starter style controllers. Hell, I am still running 3 MSD pill style controllers on my Z06 cause I am such a cheap bastard, so this new product fits my needs perfectly, end of story. hey Shiz, I will trade all three for your single FJO, 3 for 1?
Robert

just to clarify a few things. We extensively test all of our products before putting them out on the market. This includes testing on every vehicle we can get a hold of and shipping a few out for customers to test with their setups. We gather as much information as possible from an evaluation standpoint and long term testing. We like to get feedback in terms of ease of installation, functionality and durability. They do not get to keep the units, they are returned to us. Robert got one because he is unbiased and we appreciate any feedback he gives us.
