Help with fuel pressure/n20 problem Ok i have 95z 383 heads/cam with tnt 150 shot. Installed walbro 255 36lb injectors. ON the dyno the car would run pretty lean on the n20. Car made 550rwhp on spray. I dont currently have a fuel pressure reg or gauge so not sure what the fuel pressure was. My question is do you think that a racetronix plug and play would be sufficant in feeding the n20 or will i need more pump/ fuel rail modification? I plan on adding the gauge/ reg soon so any suggestions on what to get would help. Thanks.
Dual pumps or a bap is needed ,, your pretty much maxing out a walbro 255 .
The Bap(bandaid) is only good for another 100 hp but it will get you by .
The 255 is only rated at 600 max to the crank and your 550 to the wheels is pretty much right there .
It wont hurt to upgrade your rails so you have some volume of fuel at hand for the injector's

I had to add a 2nd intank pump for nitrous. I had fuel pressure problem on a 100 shot. You can do your own dual intank pump set-up for pretty cheap. I spent around $130.00 for mine with wiring and fittings. You can get a Racetronics plug and play wire set for 2 pumps. I already had one for one pump so I just made my own hot wire kit for the second and put it on a switch with my other nitrous switches. I got the Y-block at Home-Depot (in with the compressed air fittings). Here is some pics
