LT1 two stage

LT1 two stage Well i posted earlier in the LT1 section, and i could hear crickets... so ill try here
My bottom end is about to come together, and i am piecing my top end together (more precisely my nitrous kit). i was previously running a single stage, dual nozzle in the elbow jetted at 150. i am stepping to a 200-250 hit total and looking for ideas to do a two stage. i was looking into a plate kit, and i guess keep using the dual nozzle for the other? reason being i am still on the 7.5 rear until i finish fabbing the 8.8, so i would like to leave on a soft hit and come in hard when shifted in 2nd. M6 btw. (no its not a big deal if i break the rear) i was looking for suggestions/experience with two stages on an LT1 and pics. anything is helpful, thank in advance! btw, considering doing a standalone for fuel...
