Do these not come with ink cartriges at all?

No, they do not come with cartridges. I bought 3 printers off of ebay for myself, and two friends. The two friends renegged on the deal. My box did not have cartridges, and I think the ebay listing said the other ones did not either. Just to let you know, I have had and used my printer for about 6 months with absolutely NO PROBLEMS.
