Ummm I have a PM from Jesse saying, "You are first inline. I will check to confirm it works when I get home tonight". I had then promised to pay him immediatly upon that PM, and gave him my PHONE number to call me in case he wanted to confirm in person.

Thanks! LED sent the first payment! so he gets the system!!! and the tracking number is...I had a big ole mix up at ups so they charged me to much and whatever it will get resolved to the tracking number might change the girl said...so if it does I will let you know...

Dude, I wouldnt even care. But KNOWING that there is no such thing as "dibs" and respecting that, I SPECIFICALLY asked you for the courtesy of just turning it on first to make sure it WORKED! You then responded with, dont worry you are first in line ILL LET YOU KNOW LATER!!! I then rushed home to check my messages only to find out you had sold it to someone else anyway!!

The point is, If you were just going to sell it to the first person who sent payment, you could have said it THEN when I asked you for that courtesy (instead of telling me that was cool and not to worry about it). That was pretty low and you had seemed like a cool guy..
