Redneck mufflers...
Redneck mufflers... My son was bored this weekend so decided to do some welding with some spare metal lying around the garage.
He decided to make some 3" mufflers. There is still some grinding that needs to be done, but the basic shape is complete. The pipe goes all the way through with a lot of holes drilled. He used fiberglass building insulation for the packing. The thin metal was a bit tough to weld. But it did keep him accupied.
Not sure what we test them on, but it will be interesting.
