Wink Say it aint so Todd

You bought a Challenger? REALLY?!

Well hey, it least it's black. And you are getting old, so maybe a new Camaro would be TOO fast for you now.....

J/K buddy. Thanks for stopping by! Wish I'd have been there to see you & the new baby. Linda says it's VERY nice looking! I'll be back this weekend so maybe we can hook up.

Pics sir (while it's still stock King-O-Bling)

It isn't black with what looks like a kinda purplish stripe on it is it? I saw a challenger srt8 I think heading north on I-5 on my way home from work.

I would take that SRT8 Challenger over the Camaro any day of the week. Local guy has the SRT8 in red....sweet ride.

Yes I turned to the dark side. It is an RT, black...every possible option. I opted to not get the SRT8 because paying 5-7 more grand to have all of the options I have was not worth it IMO just for a few more ponies.

I want to say just because I bought this car does not mean I do not like Camaros...those of you that know me know how much I love them. I hope the new Camaro is a big success-actually I hope the big three survive.

It is going to be a daily driver, no modding...seriously. I have to say I have yet to not get a compliment about the car every time I take it out. I am really happy with it.

If it matters, the 4th gen Camaro can spank it stock vs stock RT, it is a heavy car.

Here is the order of things I personally like about the car...

1. Looks. Style-proportions are perfect, 20 inch tires, the fact that there really was only one generation Challenger made (the 80's does not count for me) and everyone relates to the 70 style one.
2. Electronics, u connect, sat. radio, nav system
3. Heavy, nice handling car and it really is a large car-back seats are livable, huge trunk, interior is very quite while driving etc..
4. Slap shifter.

Hope I am not making anyone mad by posting these pics on this board, not my intent.

That's the exact one I saw driving north between 128th and Everett Mall way around 3:30-3:45 today lol. I was heading south so couldn't tell if it said SRT8 or R/T on the decal I was droolin just watchin it pass by lol.

I think the big reason I would go SRT8... manual transmission. other than that I'd be happy with the R/T

Very sweeeet Todd!!! I can't blame you one bit. I think those cars are sexy as hell. Daily driver though, I think you will start modding before you know it!!!!!!!! You will have to meet up with us sometime soon so we can check it out in person.

To funny, that was me. Also the SRT8 has basically no waranty on the power train vs the RT has a lift time one-better for me being a daily driver.

Nice to have you back buddy....don't matter to me if it's GM, it's a hot rod. Our Charger is maybe the most comfortable car I've ever driven. I really like that color scheme you bought......VERY NICE!!!

Wow, that car just gave me instant wood. VERY cool man! If I was in the market for a new ride, I'd seriously have a hard time deciding between the Challenger and the new Camaro. I love the looks of both.

I do feel some guilt, I miss hanging out at the Camaro shows...you know that. I really do wish I could of drove the Camaro and had a closer look at it-me and Karen just liked the looks a little better of the Challenger.

Thanks-it really is comfortable.

It is pretty cool having the battery in the trunk-gives you the feel of being a hard core muscle car...basically the same as the new Camaro.
