Default Washington Emissoins
Hello,
I am pretty new to all of this. I was just wondering if you can pass emissions in Washington with lt's (race style) and no cats. My car is a 1998 Z28 Camaro. I heard that as long as you get the codes tuned out then you will be fine. Can anyone confirm this?

i passed emissions in Tacoma on leaded gas wth no cats or mufflers. just make sure the codes are off

They don't do a sniffer test or visual check up here do they?
Just sniffer and gas cap for pre-OBDII. Slapped on the CAT's for my LS7 last week and ran it thru and it almost had ZERO emissions literally!

Damn... I like the car in your sig. I've got an 88 ls no motor or trans. I've always wanted to drop an lt1 or ls motor in it. Debating whether to keep or sell.

Thanks! I'll make you a screaming deal on my 305HO motor that came out of it to put in your LS! Run perfecet, burns no oil and also passed emissions with flying colors....$250 complete down to the pan, exhuast manifolds and all accessories including starter...PM me if interested.

so i'm guessing i could have gone with a more aggressive cam instead of my emissions cam, since they just plug into my obd2 and just scans for codes?
