a little help for a southern member

hey guys, im looking for a little help. i live in atlanta now but im contemplating taking a job in seattle. from what i can tell the job is in the capital hill area. what can you tell me about the area? safe to live in? expensive? what areas should i look at or what should i stay away from? anything you guys can tell me will help

Capitol hill... oh you will meet some interesting people(homeless, drags,etc..) in that part of Seattle ,but its not as bad as it sounds, its also a major shopping area for the city and safe enough to park my bright orange(showcar) bug out on the street. ..they also have a very epic burger joint called Dick's best cheap burger fries and shake you'll ever have. As BURNER said Pacific Speedway is only about an hour or so south.
