PDX 2002 SS in Orgonian Starting Sunday, I'm running a for sale ad in the Oregonian for my 2002 Z28 SS with a 6-speed MT. Full description is posted on this forum's classified section at $12200.
I know it's not appreciated when a newbie's first post is selling a car. In this case, we've owned our SS since May 2007 -- so, it's not like I'm try to flip some car I just found on 82nd Street. I belong to a bunch of car forums -- and have used LS1tech for advice, but didn't join until just now.
The car is in NW PDX about 2 miles from downtown, if you want to see it.

2002 ss 6mt 61,800 miles Here are some pics ... I have many more, but if you're seriously interested -- come by and take a look. Here's a write up of it. I wrote this for a general audience, but most folks on this forum don't need to be sold on the merits of a 2002 SS.
$12,200 or best reasonable offer.
With all due respect, if you want a $10,000 SS … this car isn’t for you.
This is one of the only 2002 35th Anniversary SS 6-speeds for sale in the Pacific Northwest … and it’s a really clean one that’s ready to go.
This SS is almost entirely stock. It has NEVER been drag raced or even had a dropped clutch burnout. For the most part, it was a cruiser used for summer road trips. It’s very clean, well-maintained, and in GREAT condition. VIN 2G1FP22G022160806
* Only 61,800 miles – mainly highway road trip miles
* Original factory metallic pewter paint -- turns a beautiful, reflective silver in low light
* Black leather interior with power seat – no rips, tears or stains
* 2nd owner; bought in '07 from original owner, a retired GM executive.
* 6-speed Hurst T56 close ratio manual transmission with short shift kit
approx 330 hp 5.7 Liter LS1 V8 (with K&N filter & SLP exhaust)
* Never raced or abused
* Always garaged
* Clear title, no liens, issues, or stories
* Smoked glass T-Tops – never a leak
* 500 Watt, 8-speaker Monsoon Sound System with CD player

• Synthetic oil (Mobil 1) changes every 3000 miles
• New, top of the line Power Slot rotors
• New Hawk HP+ brake pads hi performance & no squeal
• Complete brake fluid flush, with Motul brake fluid
• Coolant flush and & fuel injection service
• New K&N air filter
• 17” factory SS aluminum wheels -- no gouges or curb rash
• Continental Contact 275/40-17 Ultra High Performance All Season tires -- about 50% tire life remaining
This car has been well cared for its entire life. Still, there’s no warranty, nor is it perfect: it was in a <5 mph “minor accident,” backed into a parked truck’s trailer hitch leaving a small dent by left tail light, which has never been fixed.
