I would like someone with some LS building experience to give my engine swap a look over. I again measured my pushrod length using a comp cam tool (6.8 and .050 with every turn) I still got the same size I have now. 7.350, also 1.24 turns from 0 lash to 22 ft pds. Other then loading and unloading for exhaust I have not driven it because I want to make sure all is well before I open it up on the breakin drive. All I am asking is for someone knowlegable in the field give it a listen while idling to tell me your opinion. If your close and able to help send me a pm for details.

damn, not one reply. thats ok, I talked to texas speed and vettenuts. We went over the numbers and my process. They both said it was most likely as good as it gets. I went to go for a drive on Tuesday after I was sure it was ok to go and my LCD display on my AFX decided to black out. The analog outputs still put out and the sensor warms, so I think it was just the display. It was sent back to NGK friday and I hope to have it back within the week.
Hey Jason...I'm down south in Enumclaw so not close but would love to see the swap someday. I got my 6.0L assembled and am hoping my 7.425 pushrods are correct. Geoff @ EPS thought they should be right for LS7 lifters and stock resurfaced (.003-.004") L92 heads. I may just fire it up and find out! lol

Thanks, I cant really explain why the shorter work for me. I did soak the lifters first, but I also remeasured after it was all installed and running. Once I get my efans enabled and park neutral switch situated I will be able to drive it and get some more opinions on the valvetrain.
I did run my numbers and what I did with vettenuts and texas speed. They both think its right or very close.
Once its done, id like to get out and show it off.
again thanks for saying hi!
