SO ill be moving to Idaho falls in about two weeks for a job promotion. Just checking to see if anyone is in the area? where are the nearest dyno and dragstrips? Ill be bringing the drag bike(harley) out with me this time and hopefully bringing one of the two camaros out in a couple months.

 

I use to live in the area and still have friends and family there. Not much of a car scene there. Currently the closest open dragstrip is Salt Lake City about 4 hours south. Boise is also about 4.5 hours and has Firebird Raceway. There is also an 1/8th mile track in Gooding (High Desert Speedway) that is about 3.5 hours (on the way to Boise). They are suppose to be constructing a new 1/8th mile about 5 miles north of Idaho Falls called Sage Raceway. From memory, not much for dyno in the area. I think maybe one or two in Idaho Falls and one in Pocatello.

I just got to Idaho falls this week. Haven't seen very many LS 4th gens. I'll be putting in a new racetronix fuel pump this weekend. Then I'll take the car out for a night cruise.

 

Nice There are several 4th Gens around. You will start seeing them. There Is also a very good LS motor Tune and performance shop close by. Powerlabs, in Shelley just south of Idaho Falls and North of me in Pocatello. Really inexpensive dyno time. Jeremy Does great tunes.

 

Way ahead of you. Haha. I did some research on him already. I'm just dialing in my VE right now. I got my racetronix fuel pump installed this weekend. Funny thing is I'm doing all this just so I can sell it. So if you know anyone looking for a built Z let me know. Cheers!!!
