Paging ellis I need a tranny swapped in my dodge truck. Where can I get it done? How much does it cost? I'm sourcing a transmission from Florida (a A518) to replace my Torqueflite 727.
Any experience with these? Should I bother trying to rebuild the 727? Know anyone who would want one?

As long as it is the exact same length and the mount is in the same place and uses the same mount sure it will bolt right in
