Good Tuners?

Hey guys i plan on installing a TR 224/224 cam in my car VERY soon. Any suggestions on good tuners that aren't more than a couple hours from Portland, OR ?

PM tjwong. He lives in Portland and works in Vancouver, WA. He is an excellent tuner. He has done work on my stuff. He use to be a certified GM tech.
