The first song link is "the single" - it's the strongest in my opinion. I think all of them are pretty good. You should try to get to play a bar in Seattle. These songs are every bit as good as what I've heard down there so you should be able to.

Thanks man,

Playing shows isn't really my thing as I just write for fun, but thanks for the props!

I like it - I'm a drummer and I liked the songs in general, nicely done for being a demo. The bridge on the 1st song is really cool man!

Do you play or sing on this band? What's the band's name? Props to you dude, I see great potential there.

Thanks dude,

My band is in a member transition at the moment so we aren't playing out at all.

Song 1 and 3 were wrote by yours truely and song 2 was a collective effort between myself and another guy in my group

I liked all the songs, however I liked #3 best of all although it was pretty mellow. I play lead guitar/some keys and percussion in a local band ( Plan B ) and have been playing lead for about 25 years in such reknowned ( haha ! ) bands as "Luzanna Gallows", "The inflatable Dates", "Dead Ringer" and a few others. I liked the subtletys of some of the chording and the interaction between that and the percussion. Perhaps a little hotter bass lines during the turn arounds to help prop up the back beat would give it more punch ? Just a personal preferance thing on my part. I love playin' bass on funky R&B kind of stuff as well so take it for what it's worth

Nice to know there's a few other musicians in this section. I learned to play my first song when I was 5 yrs old ( Hey Joe ), My older brothers who also play used to make me sing before my voice changed 'cuz I could hit the high notes

Ahhh nice! I couldn't help but come up with several different drum patterns in my head that would fit that song. That's very cool. I thought about something like rimshots on 1, 2, 3 and 4 at the first verses with some hi-hat patterns doubling what the acoustic guitar was doing...

Later on when the verse comes back just a straight snare on 2 and 4 that groooooooooves....... and some hi-hat work. Nice song there man!! People would totally dance to that!
