10 second Diesel?

Someone down here on the local forum just posted a vid of a 10 second diesel running at Pacific Raceway. Anyone ever seen it?

Yup, his name is Bill Fletcher I think...I have a few videos from the last few years when he was running low 12's down to high 10's...10.13 is the national record he just set...go to www.nhrda.com and read some about it. http://www.nhrda.com/video/Fletcher10-13.mpeg is the video. Later,

I have seen this truck run many times,Its a 2WD so he has alot less weight than som of the other guys running in the low 12's with 4WD. It was at the track tonight and I think he broke becoase it was trailered up and he was running his tow rig. It was the 2nd round of the Deisel challenge.

Yeah I've watched him numerous times. That truck will boggle your mind when you watch it. If you can see it through the trail of black smoke he leaves in his wake!!

Some of those trucks are scary! There were a bunch of them running low 12s or better Friday. I remember the 1st one I ran. It was my first ever 12 sec pass at Pacific, I raced this girl....can't recall her name now....and she ran a 12.7 to my 12.9. How humbling.....
