racing ? need advise
I just learned that trick at the track last Friday! 
I don't think having the lights on drags much off the time and I do know at PR after dark they want you to have at least one light on the car so we leave the driving lights on while we're racing...
I know I'm an idiot, I wonder if the CD player hurt my times.I brought a portable airtank with me so I was able to drop the tires to 17 psi. Did a 15 second burnout and the MT radials hooked bigtime. On my 3rd. run I couldn't even do a burnout, I was just pushing my front end all over the track.You guys were right, the MT ET streets like to be hot.
I raced an 02 Supercharged lightening for my first race and beat him by a very small margin. The guy couldn't believe it so we switched lanes and we ran them again and I put a holeshot on him like you wouldn't believe. I have a video tape of both kills, the guy was in shock. The ford also had drag radials.

Nice runs though I'd have to see that Mach I do a 12.6 it definately wasn't stock. Lightnings, WRX's and Cobras are all fun the owners always seem to think that thier cars are untouchable...
