Ordered my Headers and rear-end today!!

Ordered my Headers and rear-end today!! I got the ordering part taken care of today. I bought LG pro Long tube headers with no cats and a DTE built stage II rear end with 3:90 gears! 
The headers will be coming in about a week or so, but the rear-end has to be built and shipped out! So I won't get it for 2-3 weeks! I hope I'll have everything done in time to hit the last track day at Pacific Raceway at the end of October! Do you guys think they'll make me pay the $25 registration fee for one day of racing? I never got registered out there this season. Only registered at Bremerton. I figured they would just let me pay like $10 bucks or so and allow me to run the last day of the season. We'll see what happens! Are they even having a Test and Tune october 28th?
