Today at the Chevy Dealer on the exit of 512 and Pacific Ave I seen a what looked like burple T/A with chrome 18 inch wheels. Might have been NBM, but had a purple look to it. Was a very nice car, looked perfect from the road.

Too late... we've all seen the crown royal sticker no amount of paint, cleaner, or anything else can ever undo the damage. You could paint it red even and it would still be a purple crown royal car I'll bet the keys come in a crown royal bag and the keychain says "PLAYA"

Well Zeke after looking up the Information. If you look the CROWN ROYAL is one of the IROC racing Series & they do use Firebirds & Trans ams for it. You may have also came across one of the Pace cars for this Series. I would get a hold of PHS Or even someone that can tell you what the car is.

I agree, Zeke. Get the WHOLE low down on the history of this car before you take anything off of it. It could really be more rare than just a factory purple T/A.

I'm going to check it out farther, but I highly doubt its there for little more reason than someone who owned it liked IROC racing.

Model: Trans Am WS6
Tranny: M6
Options: Appears to be a standard T/A with no options other than the WS6 package..
It's 1 of 12 purple WS6s built. 1 of 6 with a 6-speed.
TA = bone stock (I even see I have mods to take off, that exhaust is not stock)
Formula = mod beast / racer
I'll probably even be a little more aggressive with my mods on the Formula now that I won't be trying to gear it to be available for cruises and shows.

Or is that stuff on the door itself? If it isn't there, the car has prolly been repainted.
