He told the cops he wanted to kill himself and that was why he did it....also said he intentionaly unbuckled his seatbelt prior to the crash, revved up his engine and aimed straight for the Fountain.......they are talking about charging him with some sort of vandalism charge. 
Plus he wasn't hardly hurt at all from what I heard.

So is life.. I do a small squeel of the tires in a parking lot and get nailed for reckless driving. This kid DOES drive reckless, AND actually damaged property, and I bet he gets off with the same thing as me..
