I put in the specs (stock heads, full exhaust, drivetrain and rear end, etc), and the fact that I will be spraying up to a 150 shot. Here is the grind they kicked back:
Grind Number X2221-2244-14+4
Duration (intake/exaust) 227/231
Lift (intake/exaust) .592/.592
Lobe Center Separation 114
Intake Centerline 110
That's actually pretty close to my F13: 230/232, .595/.585, 112 LSA.
Of course, the one they kicked back has a higher LSA, which is better for nitrous applications... and would probably idle a lot smoother too.
