She mainly likes Volkswagons like I mainly like Chevy's.........so I guess you could call me a "Chevy Guy". But for what its worth, she had an award winning 69 bug which she and a freind did a full boddy off resotoration. They built that car from teh ground up! It was featured in "hot VW's" a while back! Unfortunately she is a "VW girl", but she don't just put gas in the car! She know's what struts are, she can call out almost any old muscle car (way way way more accurately that I can), she knows how to change the oil in her car, and when she gets a flat, (even if I'm in the car) she's changing that bitch. She even went out to auto zone a while ago while I was gone and bought a K&N air filter and pulled the air box and installed it herself. I dislike people who don't know so much as how to change a tire let alone change the oil! Some people have different priorities I guess.............

Actually....the whole "VW Girl" thing came about in the late 80's when strip clubs were prolific and still stocking booze but the law was about to change. A bunch of hotties from DejaVu (yes, they had some then) all bought VW Rabbit convertibles and had vanity plates "Bunny1(2,3,4)" or "Toples1(2,3,4)" to let the guys know where to follow them, some tightass at the state licensing got all wound and made a ruckus about it which was the ultimate free advertising.

I kid you not, its where it all started so check the closet for a dance pole, just in case
