alignment issues / close body shops

alignment issues / close body shops alright guys so i went crazy when I didnt have school and i replaced the core support painted the block etc, etc.
now I cant get the nose / hood back on right. After about 4 hours of trying to muscle it back, I completely cracked the whole front paint. so anyways I am thinking about taking it in to a body shop and have them finish it and have the front resprayed.
1.) what would you guys do? body shop or just take it off and try again...
2.) if body shop which ones? i heard evergreen auto on bothell everett hwy in north creek is pretty good...
