That is a valid suggestion. Ellis has a LOT of experience with these cars & will be able to give you a real-world estimate of what you might want to do, and how much it will cost.
Send him a PM (TwoFast4Lv) or wait for him to post in this thread.There are many choices - heads/cam, forced induction, nitrous, stroker, a combination. Pretty much limited by your wallet, and what you want to do with the car. (drag racing, road racing, dyno/cruiser, etc)

here are some basic's
Dependable daily driver. Bolt ons and a small cam with good heads and a small shot of juice.
Turbo can do this but most get gready because they do not spend the money on the back up parts to make it right.
Now if you want "In your face" and everyone under the sun to know what you are packing get a super charger
Again it all depends on what you are really looking for out of the car
