Default Progress

In the never ending pursuit of perfection (& running 10s) I have been out gathering parts to make the car a little faster, and more dependable. So with any luck the next time the car hits the pavement it will have:

The tranny checked over by Dr Groo
The tune tweaked to eliminate the Random Misfire events
The y-pipe rebuilt to delete the cats
A line lock installed
A hi-end ProCharger bypass valve
Improved air inlet horn (not sure where this will end up)
A Denny's Nitrous Ready Driveshaft (shipped Monday)
LM1 Wideband Unit & Sensor

And after that all gets installed, I'll go help Ellis finish his rig. We have a cruise we need to make.

Why not put the car on a diet too, while you're at it?

For some strange reason we were talking about heading up to Mt Vernon some weekend night.

As for the Jenny Craig plan, no. It's the easiest way to make it faster now, but we want to keep it cruiser friendly. When you get old like me, you'll understand.

So when you gonna roll like me and and do a Turbo H2? Pretty damn comfy... but you can't have your 10's

Honestly... taking the cats out should net you 10's right there. Made a hell of a difference on the H2 with the Radix!

Actually Cory I was thinking of putting twins on the Avalanche!

Yeah, Ellis & Mike @ Marysville Speed think the cats-delete might net as much as 2 tenths with the volume of air I'm moving. That's like going to a smaller pulley, only safer. I figure I'll just keep refining the setup & tweaking and see what it's capable of.
