I work as a service writer in a Goodyear down in Renton and this is just my two cent's worth, but tie rods ( outer ) on a F-Body for a competent tech shouldn't take more then oh say .5-.7 hours per side, depending on what you use for parts ( I had one done at Pierce Ford @ 54k and it cost me 75 for OEM ) 50 - 125 a side. All mechanics mark parts up a bit, due to warranty coverages etc, this is normal and fair IMO.
So dependant on labor rates per hour $50 - $90 a side plus parts, a REALLY good thrust angle alignment ( please don't just do a Two Wheel) shouldnt be more than 79.99 Tops ! 600 something ? Run away man, RUN away fast.
Again, just my country boy's two cents worth.
