Does a TH400 bolt up to a LSx?

So I can't seem to find specifics but I thought that LS motors had different bell housing mounts? After reading someones post about his TH400 it sounded like he used 5 bolts, 3 on the left and 2 on the right. Does this sound right? I'm kinda curious as I found a 5.3 w/ 8K miles complete from TB to pan w/ all wiring and computer for $1500 and thought it would make a great boat motor!

Yes... But you need a special converter or an adapter for the converter hub.

Yes it does. z28 convert has a TH400 in his 2000 Z28 convertable.

I reckon if it can stand 1100/1250 crank, it can handle an LSx.
