Motor is in the boat!!
Motor is in the boat!! Well last night I stripped the $80 runner down to a long block then installed the amarine pan, intake, timing cover, and water pump. Well the cherry picker got just high enough to get into the boat from the side and had just enough room to set it down. Being by myself at 1:30 am outside I had to get it angled just right then let it slowly come down, line up the splines, and line up the dowels! 
Well now I'm gonna get the bolts in the motor mounts, install starter, exhaust, cooling hoses, carb, a misc connections so I can set it in the water tonight to start her up before going all the way to the Gorge tomorrow night!! I am ******* tired!! Oh well, the drinking and ******* will be well worth it!!

Can you not just hook a hose up to it and start it at your house?
