Check this out!! Come inside!!! Guys over at SVTperormance don't beleive that my car traps 30mph faster in the 1/4 than the 1/8. One dude said he's never seen a stock cubed naturally aspirated corvette run more than 26mph in the 1/4 than the 1/8th.
Does anyone have any video of the run when I raced the red Cobra? For some reason my car comes alive more on the top end that the bottom. It must be the cam and heads combined.

You pick up 30mph on the other end? Without juice? Something just seems seriously wrong if you're running 120mph trap speeds at only 90mph in your car...shoot, my car, the tank that it is, was doing 94.x in the 1/8 with a 120mph trap speed. All I can say is hmmm...

Actually........now that I'm looking at my time slips, my 1/8th mile MPH was much lower from this past weekend than it normally is. My other slips from earlier in the season were about 1-2mph quicker in the 1/8th. Is that still odd to you guys? here is an older timeslip: 92.18mph in the 1/8 and 118.44mph in the 1/4?? Is that more normal or still odd??
The second run of the day had my best 1/8 mph ever. It was 93.61mph........I still find it odd that the first run would net my best ever 1/4 MPH with such a low 1/8 mph.

30mph top end charge? Jesus man something sounds fishy with your setup. Usually you'll pick up around 25 mph on average at your et's. Maybe the track's timing system was having a glitch that day.
I wouldn't care too much about the guys on SVTP...It's just more people on the internet...and there are too many of us ******* on here anyways.

I dunno about this year, but I have had mph vary by as much as 2 from lane to lane at Bremerton in the past. No doubt it runs good on the big end tho...your 93mph slips seem right on tho.
