Default 5mm spacers

So if I were to run 5mm spacers would I I need longer studs if I'm using the acorn style lug nuts?

I'm trying to get my wheels to clear my brakes without having it stick out too much.

HMM are they stock then? Can I pick them up from the dealership? Any part numbers?

I think those would be PERFECT!

Ok I'm interested in the spacers as well. Part number? or where do you get them. Is there a disadvantage to a spacer?
