Header Recoating in WA
I just purchased a used set of LT's w/ a y-pipe from another member on here and the coating is toast on them. Is it worth it to have them recoated or possibly painted? If so, is there a reputable place in pierce county that will do it?

I'd take them to Performance Coatings in Auburn. They coated the Pacesetters that were on my Camaro, and those headers looked great even 2 years after the coating was put on. I do believe it's around $200 or so per header to have them coated.

That sounds about right... I think they were $100 per header when I had mine coated.
The one I got was their Satin thermal coating. Mine looked every bit as good as it did the day it went on when I sold my car over 2 years later.

Thanks for the responses guys...
I hate to hijack my own thread but.......the headers I bought are Grotyohanns. I've never heard of them. I did try to find stuff online about them and really couldn't find much. Does anyone know anything about these headers?
