Well whatever it is doesnt matter. I figured out what the horrid noise was... There is a skidplate that is connected to the subframe connector, and all it was was me scraping a high point in the asphault.. I accidentally did it again this morning. 
On a good note when I did my fuel filter nothing was broken, just some new scrapes.
