Why not here? I just thought I would post a link of the class i wish we could get here. It is NOT heads up. BUT it is a run what you brung class!
it is Called Open Comp This kind of racing has been around a long time. Most of you will notice it is much like the PINKS All Out format . . . . It has just been around longer.

That sounds like fun Ellis! Seems like it would be a money maker for the tracks too, since it "only" pays out $800. That means it only takes 16 cars to break-even. Maybe you should contact the PSCA to see about getting a couple of those meets up here. I'll race your blue car in my sorry-*** sled....

They race open comp at Mission Raceway. There is a similar class coming next year with 4 events being planned. It will be part of the super modified association.
