getting an alignment
In search of better traction at the strip, I'm getting an alignment today.
Now most will probably be like, WTF, but let me explain
Right now the corvette has a autocross type alignment, meaning that it has negative camber dialed in on the rear tires. So basically my tires aren't sitting square to the pavement.
I'm having them put the stock alignment back, with a little negative camber as they can get on the rear and still be in the stock specs.
I guess we'll see how much it improves at the track. My best 60' time was a 1.83 on ET streets at 15 PSI after a good burnout (smoke inside car, etc. )
