Looking for a dyno Hey, does anyone know of a good place to go to get dyno run in. I want to get a baseline number for what I have now. There is a place in town here (Bremerton) but it was a lot more than I was expecting, $120ish. Is there somewhere cheaper or is that the going rate? If so, I will forget about the dyno and use the money for buying parts. Thanks.
+1 for TurboTech. That's where most of us go. They don't pad the numbers either. They'll even let you have a copy of the raw run file if you want. (you can download a shareware run-viewer for free at the dynojet web site)

TTi is probably the best one in the area..........
I havent yet used them for a dyno run but they are by far the best shop i've chatted with and done a little business with so far.........

i stopped by max rpm the other day and i wasnt impressed at all yeah they had a couple of nice porsches outside and a few nice bikes inside but the people didnt seem all that nice and it is a spendy place 120 for 3 runs.

I know several of the Porsche owners from 6speedonline and that is where they usually have their dyno days and all that.........

The best thing to do is wait around until we do dyno days or set one up for us lol, Then get us all together the more cars the lower the prices.
As for MaxRPMs there is one of the guys in our club that swears by them & I guess we have done dyno days down there ( i havent been to one yet) & they were really Kewl.
Theres a place up in Redmond that did our 71 they were really kewl They are called Dyno Authority/F.A.M.E They were really kewl about everything & it was nice to get the sound bit back too.
