Been offered a Trade for my 1994 TA. 130,000 miles for a 1979 TA with the 403,black on black, 85,000 original miles. Would you trade? Tuff decision

I would, yeah. The '79 is going to appreciate in value a lot sooner than the '94 will.

From an investment stand point only. I'd need my f-body as a DD and that 79 wouldn't work out the same way.

Depends if 85k miles was rode hard and put away wet - it might cost you a full refresh/replace not including the interior or body.

Could be a steal or money pit. Have someone take a good look at it first to make sure you are good to go

Yeah, I'd agree... if it was my daily driver, I wouldn't trade. Driving a 2nd gen as a daily driver would be a little rough. I kinda take that for granted because I don't daily my F-bodies.

I would in a hearbeat, unless the 2nd gen is a basket case. If its a decent condition survivor I would not play around. In fact I wish I had a 94 to trade. hell I'd trade my SS for the right 69-73 car, or a 70 vette... hint hint
