I wonder how he's not getting sued by Carol Shelby?

Considering Shelby is also his name I don't think they'd stand much ground in court

But leave it to the lawyers to sue for ridiculous reasons...probably to attempt to put them out of business. Carol Shelby isn't a bitch though, that'd just be bad PR IMO.

I believe the company is generally known as SSC. The car is usually referred to as the SSC Ultimate Aero.

Yes it is known as a SSC Aero and Ultimate Aero. The motor is a C5R block and is built in Auburn by Blood Enterprises. I was very surprised to hear that they were making a supercar engine and didnt believe it until I saw it.

Car is actually capable of going faster and will someday. They ran out of road. They think it it will reach the 270+mph range!!
