Engine block casting Thought you guys might enjoy watching what I get to do at school:

It will be a 1.4L V8 using Honda F4 heads (600cc) and stroked. ~275hp or so.

No problem Mike, glad you liked it.
I guess I'm trying to impress the wrong crowd, I thought for sure more of you were car guys. There's no time for scratch built V8s when I could be showing off bolt ons or something

I liked it because it brought back memories of my high school metals class. We had to make a casting of a B&M shifter handle and cast it in molten aluminum using a sand mold. After it was cast we had to sand it down and polish it. Good times....
I think the liablitiy insurance would be too high for somthing like that in todays high schools LOL... Mike
