And you can call Obama whatever you want, but the truth is he wanted to go after Osama, NOT Iraq. And the Maverick IS taking lots of money from special interest groups & voting for them to export thousands of good paying American jobs. So if that is the vote you want to cast, go ahead.

When has anything our government, state or federal, has tried to fix NOT involve increased tax funding somewhere? (Except of course when military and law enforcement spending is cut to augment funding.) Hahaha!!

Nothing good can come from starting a political thread.
With that said, I'm voting Obama. I don't feel that McCain would be a totally bad president; I feel he would be better than Bush, but I do disagree with him on a few issues, namely the war. There is just no way I would ever want Sarah Palin to take power of the White House, that would be ******* awful. I think Obama will be a great leader for our country.

I've made a decision that if I ever run for a political office, I'll put a D beside my name, here's why- you can do damn near anything and keep your office!..... it doesn't matter the party, the press and all those political action groups will always back you up. it's like you've got the mob on your side or something. hell, you can have dead people turn up in the trunk of your car(ted kennedy) get caught sleeping withe the CEO of Freddie Mac(barney frank), have sex with interns( slick willie & others), hang out with terrorists, racists, communists, & anti-semites.... it doesn't F'n matter! they've always got your back! and then they'll back you up on all the lies too, create fake websites to fight the smears, fight the 'bad media' matters... etc...

I liked this comment I saw after an article in the Washington Times about Biden channeling $2M to his family's businesses.
While suturing a cut on the hand of a Texas Rancher whose hand had been caught in a gate while working cattle, the doctor struck up a conversation with the old man.
Eventually, the topic got around to Obama and his bid for the presidency.
The old rancher said, Well, ya know, Obama is a ‘post turtle’.
Not being familiar with the term, the doctor asked, ‘What is a post turtle’?
The old rancher said, When you’re driving down a country road and you come across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that’s a ‘post turtle’.
The old rancher saw a puzzled look on the doctor’s face, so he continued to explain.
‘You know he didn’t get up there by himself, he sure as heck doesn’t belong up there, he doesn’t know what to do while he is up there and you just wonder what kind of an idiot put him there in the first place.’
