got hit yesterday went to go pick a pizza up as im leaving im driving down the main isle of this strip mall when a 72 year old lady in a escape pulls out into the side of my car she got me pretty good

her insurance is going to pay my deductable so they say.
no one was issued a ticket it was on private property

her insurance is going to pay your *deductible?!* why?
if that's a real insurance company and she's truly at fault, they ought to be _paying_to_get_it_fixed_, not having you use your insurance. that sounds fishy.
you do know there's a fairly good chance your company will up your rates for doing that, don't you?
