Default MMM vs. MRM

I looked at the site listed in sticky and when i chose 2001 chevrolet camaro, MRM(Medium Red Metallic) was listed and not MMM(Monterey Maroon Metallic). Does anyone know if they are the same paint code? Was hoping someone that has MRM car and an MMM car could post what code is on the inside of their door... I have an MMM car but for some reason my sticker is not on the door

Works great to figure it out. Look at your driver side RPO codes. If you have the code 44U then you have MRM or MMM. Both colors are the same except for the names.

did you read the thread at all? stated above, my car does not have the code stickers and also stated that the website does not list MMM... it only lists MRM. MRM and MMM are different colors as well.

Did you look in the glovebox and spare tire well??

If you do a selection for a 2001 Camaro and a 2001 Firebird tell me that you get TWO different codes for both MMM and MRM. You dont. You get ONE code, 44U, for Medium Red Metallic.

End of my help if you are going to be an *** about it. You even asked if they were the same code. They are.

yes MRM comes up for both firebird AND camaro... my car is MMM which is why i need to verify the MMM code before i get MRM paint. another thread listed that MRM and MMM are different. sorry to be an *** but you obviously did not read the thread at all. Hard to find people with MMM cars so i need someone to check on their car for me thanks!
