Paint mix ratio

hey im painting mt new hood and stuff with single stage metalic blue .... how do i mix the single stage....i think its a 4:1:1 ratio 4 pait one reducer and 1 clear is this right ......

im not sure i got it from our local collision paint shop dupont i think

Mix Ratio/Viscosity
Mix Ratio (3:1:1)
Mix 3 parts ChromaOne® color to 1 part ChromaOne® 7005S™ Activator
Viscosity
18 - 20 seconds in a Zahn #2 (DuPont M-222) cup.
Tips for Success
Use the ChromaOne® Mixing Stick for accurate measurements.
