hey im painting mt new hood and stuff with single stage metalic blue .... how do i mix the single stage....i think its a 4:1:1 ratio 4 pait one reducer and 1 clear is this right ......

I seldom shoot single stage, but most systems have a 3:1 ratio.

You have to be more speciffic with what kind of paint you have. Not all paints reduce the same. Sometimes it will tell you on the label.
