crazy paint question

crazy paint question Ok so i was cleaning my ta and noticed the paint on the hood at some spots looks like it turned brown. now this is a black car so it looks pretty ugly right now why is it that it did that and is there a way to fix it other then repainting the whole hood.
Was your car ever repainted? It sounds like either it was repainted and not prepped properly and now its starting to bubble up due to poor adheasion or you have some heavy oxidization.
Without seein it, its hard to say but most likely it will need to be repainted. The base can be blended in but it will need to be completely recleared. IMHO if your going that far no need to do any blending though just have it completely redone...
