Default stress/spider cracks

i have one stress/spider crack in the paint on my front bumper

what is the best way to fix this..its exremely small but its one of those things where my car is flawless other than that so it just really gets on my nerves..its right below the headlight

You can try wet sanding and buffing it out but if it's through the clear it will have to be sanded down, spot-primed and repainted...

Your gonna have to paint it if you want to fully get rid of the stress cracks. I use 80 grit on a DA to get them all out then 180 grit to 200 and then 320 and then prime and sand the primer and re-prime it. I learned some old schools ways of doing things you dont really have to re-prime but I like too.
